Not a frequent commenter, but wanted to say thanks for this absolutely outstanding website.
I subscribe through my google reader and religiously read each and every post.
I have been inspired to give up candy and much of processed food and am loving the positive effects, big change in just one short month of paying attention to what I'm eating!
I do triathlons and have been looking for good snacks to eat during & after long workouts on the bike, and the "no bake brownie bites" are awesome for that (even if I cheat and use sweet coconut, need the little extra sugar to get me through).

Thanks!!
I despise any Snapple product as they are sooooo sweet! So my guess is 15 tsp.
