I'd guess a. I'm not sure I'd like hummus in tuna, though I love hummus.

I decided to try that combination years ago when, during a summer break from college, the only things in my fridge one night were peppers, celery, hummus, lemons, and albacore tuna.
I combined all the ingredients and loved the taste so much that I always make my tuna salad with hummus now!
Give it a shot. Again, I find that flavored varieties of hummus (particularly Trader Joe's 3-layered hummus!) work best.
I'll say (a) if it's my homemade hummus. I think commercially prepared hummus uses a lot of oil because it's cheaper than tahini, so option (b) or (c).
