I'm guessing C -- the same. Muffins are really cake in disguise (too bad, since they're quite yummy!)
I'm going with 120 more. But what I really care about is which has more fat!
US Food Trends,
Why does overall fat content matter in this case?
Let's assume you have slice of cake A and slice of cake B
If A has 700 calories and 50 grams of fat, and product B has 800 calories and 40 grams of fat, do you truly think product B is the better choice?
Oh dear, oh dear. I unfortunately stumbled upon http://www.ordertruechocolate.com/ and since have been unable to cease shaking my head in despair at what the world is coming to. One man claims in the testimonials to have eaten nothing but the chocolate for 3 weeks straight! And lost weight. Sigh. Three weeks without fibre cannot be good for you.
As a general rule I am skeptical of any food additive that is patented. It obviously can't be natural. What's your take on Fabenol, Bioperine and other such branded additives?
